How do I submit designs and CAD files?
Existing customers can submit custom designs and upload CAD files through our online customer portal, where you can also track job progress, pay invoices, and view statements.
Where is my jewelry manufactured?
Production takes place at our facility at 650 South Hill Street in downtown Los Angeles, which keeps design, casting, bench work, and fulfillment under one roof.
What metals can you cast my designs in?
We cast in 10K, 14K, and 18K gold and in sterling silver. We can help you choose based on your price point, durability needs, and customer.
Can you produce small runs for a new brand?
We work with brands at different stages. Quantities, timelines, and pricing depend on the design and materials; tell us your plans and we will recommend a path, including on-demand production.
Will you sell my designs to other customers?
